FOP2 no accesible desde navegador

Desde el 12 de enero no puedo acceder a FOP2 en equipo con Windows10 actulizados./usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test

Mi única forma de acceso es Internet Explorer dado que necesito activar la vista de compatibilidad.Al intentar acceder desde un equipo W10 actualizado devuelve Conecting to server - attempt number : llega al 20 y System is not avaliable right now.
He probado a desactivar el firewall de windows sin éxito. -
