Asternic GUI is not displaying user information

I recently upgraded to Freepbx 16.0.21.10 and also upgraded to Asternic 2.3.7 which uses PHP 7. Now I do not see the user information in the gui and am not able to change or add new users. I can login and I have confirmed that the data exists in mysql. Any ideas on what is causing the issue and what I can do to fix it?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification).
