Trying to install the free version

Hi there,
I'm trying to install fop2 on my freepbx. After the install I can go to http://your.server/fop2/admin but not to http://your.server/fop2, i get a page that says "one moment please" and "Connecting to server, attempt number : 1, 2, 3" and ending with "System is not available right now"
When I try/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
It says:
Flash Operator Panel 2 - License file /usr/local/fop2/fop2.lic not found.
Running in Demo Mode
Connection to manager OK (050002)!
No idea what to do. -
