Wall board is out of sync with agent status

We are running FreePBX 14 and just recently changed from using chan_sip to pjsip extensions. We also upgraded to Asterisk 18. Ever since all of these changes the wall board showing current agent status in queues seem to be out of sync. It will show agents on the phone when they are not. It also shows that agents are ringing but they are not currently ringing. I have upgraded FOP2 to the latest version and also restarted the FOP service but it keeps happening. Any ideas what could be causing this?
