Call Popup for when connected

I only have limited knowledge of fop2, so I would like to get some help in setting up call popup. Currently, the call popup opens a new tab on a browser when a user/extension in queue answers, is there a way to enable call popup for certain user/extension not in queue?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit? When you register for an account, you'll always come back to exactly where you were before, and choose to be notified of new replies (either via email, or push notification).
