Dialer sale en blanco

Buenos días estimados, Instalamos una demo de dialer y reiniciamos fop2 pero cuando ingresamos al dialer sale una pantalla en blanco, cuando revisamos la consola sale el error 500 internal server error. El fop2 esta instalado en una pbxact.
