hi. for some reason, there are no buttons at the top of the FOP interface, for many users.
some does, and some don't. i'm talking about the pickup/spy/hangup and all of those
this happens for some existing and for new users. but i have some other users that does have those. i've compared them and didn't find a difference between them.
any ideas?

hi. when a call is in progress, the orange button switches every few seconds between the from and to number. in the past, it was always the "to". maybe it's a settings somewhere?

hi. suddenly when i logon to the interface, there is no data showing. ideas? i've already restarted the service.
Instead of the call id (which appears fine in the call history of fop2), in the link it shows "undefined"
The link that fop is trying to push is this : https://customer.od2.vtiger.com/modules/PhoneCalls/callbacks/Generic.php?from=1111111111&to=1033&event=call_initiated&call_id=undefined&direction=inbound
instead of undefined, there should be a number. without it, the crm doesn't know what to do with the url.
any ideas?
