You can use the phonebook for that, cluttering action buttons is not an option. Add phonebook entries for them, then, when on a call, type the person name on the dial box and choose the number you want to transfer from the select box and hit enter. Best regards,

In extension buttons, please consider adding a url field similar to the email field. Adding this field to an extension button would add a new "Navigate to url" entry in Action submenu (the one that appears when clicking on the presence button) that would let the operator navigate to the defined web page. Currently, its possible to have a customized screen poping when ringing or connecting but not later, for instance, after the operator has decided to navigate to a web page tied to an extension. Thanks
