Queue Agent Names

Hello,

We recently switched from TrixBox to FreePBX and all is good (action buttons work now!), however, when the agents in the queue are logged in it displays (ext@from-queue) instead of the agents name like it use to, in the member list that is.

we are auto-configing the buttons...

any ideas?

Yes, freepbx 2.6 broke the queue member logic in fop2 by using a new context. It is fixed on the beta:

http://www.fop2.com/downloads/fop2.tgz (centos 5, 32 bits), for other distros there are some other posts in this forum with the proper link/filename.

I'm having this issue with static configuration and FreePBX 2.6 The download of fop2 is from the same link above, downloaded today 1-23-10.

I still see <exten>@from-queue instead of the agent name.

My custom button file includes the agent extensions.

In the latest beta you will have to specify the context for the local queue members, for freepbx 2.6 is "from-queue".
