FOP2 Show Only Action ToolBar

Dear FOP2 Team,

How to make every user login to fop2 only show action toolbar like pic on attachment (fop2.png) , i don't want to show extension/button like pic fop_with_button.png.

My plan is to integrated FOP to my aplication (CRM) and make "action toolbar" as dialer for outbound & incoming call.

Most actions on the toolbar requires you to click a target extension (dial, transfer, listen, whisper, record, hangup), so it makes no sense to show that toolbar when you have no extensions on display, as the action buttons just won't work with no target selected. In any case, if you want to hide a section of the display, use CSS properties to move them off screen with absolute positioning... anyways FOP2 won't server your purpose for controlling a call as most of its action buttons requires you to select a target extension from the fop2 UI.

Hi Admin,

Is it possible to put list of extension number on listbox, so target extension i select from the listbox. No problem for me the extension online or not.

The second question : If i want to dial someone i put number on dialbox then press enter (event keypress). Is it possible to add button (ex : call) on the toolbar? I want if i want to call i will put number on the box then click button "call"

There is no way to alter the extension box dislplays as an html form. You can very well alter the looks of extensions by using CSS, you can even remove the line1/line2 and leave only a thin line for an extension, and if the container div is not wide, it will be a vertical div/selection. It is standard html and css, so you can do many things to alter the display, but not for selecting them from a select box.

As for the dial box, the only way to trigger dialing is by hitting the ENTER key on the keyboard, there is no action button to do that.
