Idle timer device & user mode

Dear FOP2,

Can you make sure idle timer working on device & user mode?

Until now, I dont get the response from your team, I already post 2 month ago to support asternic and they said will be escalation to your team dev.

Pls help,.I already buy license 2 idle timer for our customer.
