Don't work button pickup

I have a problem with fop2. We can't pickup the calls with the button pickup. The user has the permission pickup. Also in the FreePBX is configured in the Asterisk Dial Options Tt.

Can you help me?

Can you pickup with *8? If your extension is not configured in the same pickup group *in asterisk configuration*, then action will fail. Perhaps your extensions are not in the same pickup group in your asterisk config.
