error after installing fop2 manager

After installing fop2 manager I get this error when applying config

Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 1

exit: 1
[FATAL] REPLACE INTO fop2groups values('-1','All Buttons') [nativecode=1136 ** Column count doesn't match value count at row 1]SQL -
REPLACE INTO fop2groups values('-1','All Buttons')

You must uninstall/remove the fop2 admin FreePBX module from FreePBX module admin. You cannot use both at the same time.
