Some static agents are not appearing in all queues to which they belong (and previously appeared correctly) and pause status is not always consistently displayed next to every instance of an agent who is a member of multiple queues.
I found that after restarting the FOP2 service, the missing agents were displayed, but that is a "manual fix" not a solution... Any ideas on preventing recurrence? Thanks!
Your manager permissions are probably preventing some events from being fired? I cannot tell for sure.. just speculating.. What asterisk version are you using ? What are your manager permissions ?
