FOP2 reporting inaccurately
Hi Guys,
Our FOP seems to go haywire from time to time.
DND does not reflect the true status
Lines without call waiting shows the call on the second line
extensions with calls on them do not reflect as such.
I have check that our filters are in place, and found no issues.
Please could someone help?
The developer just ignores any call for help- even paid for!
