Paid for products, but did not recieve registration codes, unable to contact developers
I have been trying to contact Asternic for the last few days through phone calls (both US & argentina numbers), through email, creating a support ticket on member portal & via live chat on the website but unable to get a response. I have purchased FOP2, Call Center Pro & CDR Reports & paid for the invoice through the member portal; but have not recieved the registration codes for these. Current install has expired and i had to re register the trial to keep it running, but this is at a clients place & i need to get them on a licensed version as its been paid for.
How do i contact asternic & have this registration issue sorted!?
