is anyone getting responses to support requests ? we have had tickets open for weeks now with no helpful responses.
I have not had any response. In fact my open ticket was automatically closed due to inactivity after about 3 weeks.
The live chat just worked for me. I needed to have my license manually reset and the response was VERY quick. Agustin also told me to email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org for future support requests.
Used to get responses not this year , Paying $500 for 'licence' and then trying to put paid work their way this is not a good look.
