No Queue Login pop-up after upgrade to FOP2 2.31.28

Hi,
Due to the recent Chrome issue, we upgrade to v 2.31.28 and also bought the plugin Queue Login 1.0.7 and set the Queue Login when user login to the system but the pop-up does now show. We play around a little with the plugin setting but to no avail.
Is this a common bug or anything I need to set?
