Toolbar functions problem

I'm trying to get fop2 working with Asterisk 1.6 and the latest version of 4PSA voipnow.
Unfortunatelly out of all the button on the toolbar, the only one I'm able to use is the Hangup one.
When I try to transfer a call to an extention or a voicemail it hangs up during the process (I'm also not able to drag and drop as it is meant to do).
Regarding the Call pickup and Dial it doesn't do anything at all.
I have followed the instructions in the Get Help section of the website and believe that everything is configured properly on fop2.
Could it be something not configured properly in Asterisk or a compatibility problem with 4SPA voipnow?

In any case, to troubleshoot you will have to start fop2_server in debug mode and look for errors there:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server -X 15
