Chrome and Edge browsers inactivity

Hello,

We are currently experiencing a strange bug in FOP2. We use FOP2 with the WebRTC phone plugin. If the agent leaves the FOP2 browser tab inactive, after a few minutes (1.30-10min), if a call arrives, it does not ring (no sound is heard, and no pop-ups appear).

We have been able to reproduce this issue in both Chrome and Edge, but not in Firefox. We have also disabled chrome://settings/performance in Chrome and Edge.

Is this memory handling known for the above browsers? Is there any solution?
