Admin Pannel - Error 500

I Just installed a new server (Centos 9 / PHP 8.0.7)
I try to load admin, but we have a 500 ERROR, debug to try to find the problem, i saw that we have a error at /var/www/html/fop2/admin/headerbs.php at line 77 in the SCRIPT.

When try to get string "PANEL RELOADED" with i18n with double underline __('....'). the server return ERRO 500. (Line ==> lang['Panel Reloaded']="<?php echo __('Panel Reloaded');?>";)

How can solve this problem, I am out of clues.
