Status of agents

Hey, need some help...when using a 3rd party to login/logout/pause agents the Panel shows immediately when agent is logged in and out but it doesn't show when the agent pauses from that 3rd party. Asterisk CLI shows that the agent paused but FOP2 not until I refresh the FOP2 page. So it picks it up but not in real-time. Any suggestion?

    We use Queuemetrics along with FOP2 and we have noticed that some agents suddenly show up as paused in FOP2 while they are not. Neither Asterisk nor Queuemetrics show them as paused and the agent has nos paused themselves in a while.

    I should also mention that extensions of offline agents are also sometimes marked as paused in FOP2.
