Fop2 FreePBX Module

Hi

I have updated FOP2 to 2.11 and installed the FreePBX module. I previously had all the users setup in the fop2.cfg manually but I want to move to the freePBX module for authentication. Whenever I try to change it over to the new fop2.cfg then no one can login. Is there any issues with upgrading FOP2?

  • The freepbx module works with the autoconfig scripts from fop2 2.10 or 2.11. So, you need unmodified versions of:

    autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh
    autoconfig-buttons-freepbx.sh
    autobuttons.cfg

And you will have to remove all your users or buttonfile entries in fop2.cfg and leave only the last line:

    #exec autconfig-users-freepbx.sh

To verify that the config from the fop2admin module is working fine, you can run the autoconfig script by hand in the linux cli, and you should see output related to your setup via the web module (permissions and passwords for users as set in the fop2 user page, etc).

    Best regards,
  • When I run the script I get this error

./autoconfig-users-freepbx.sh: line 11: 0398180800: value too great for base (error token is "0398180800")

I am running the latest FOP2 and freepbx module.

That script will probably work with extensions starting with zero.
