Incoming calls do not appear in the trunk
my incoming calls to local ext do not show in the trunks. I try to add a button for it like I used in fop1 but the call still a ghost.
I added the button in button.cfg as:
[_SIP/trunk1-in*]
type=trunk
label=sip/trunk1-in
where "trunk1" is the actual name of the trunk as configures in the asterisk incoming.
any hints?

That button config is for FOP1, not FOP2. Not sure what version are you trying to config, in FOP2 you do not hve regexp buttons at all. And either on FOP1 nor FOP2 you need to use regexp for your case, if the trunk is named SIP/calls-in, then the button in either fop1 or fop2 should be named [SIP/calls-in].
