Dial buttons do not work for specific user

I am testing version 2.20 along with the FreePBX module.

Most users seem to be working fine except one. I have tried changing the permissions and deleting and re-creating the user. If the user logs in as a different extension, the dial buttons work fine.

The one difference with this user is there are five SIP devices tied to the one user extension.

Running fop2_server from the cli does not show any activity and the button appears completely unresponsive when pressing.

Any ideas?

    Origination will be done with the device defined between brackets, or with the one specified in the originatechannel directive. If you have 5 devices, and not all active at the same time, you might want to try by using Local/XXXX@your-context in the originatechannel directive, so origination is done in your dialplan instead of using the actual device. This is assuming this user is reachable in XXXX extension no matter the device assgined to his button.
