Chat feature crash

We have been using the chat very successfully for a while. Then today, someone had a chat box come up with "undefined undefined" at the top. Not only has his chat box always stay on, if he tries to close it, it crashes the fop2 completely. Also, his preference pane is unable to be edited.

I think erasing his preferences and recreating his user would work, but I don't know where the preferences data is.

    That crash and preferences are unrelated. It would be nice to some how reproduce the issue to isolate it and fix it. The preferences are stored on a sqlite database (fop2settings.db). Why is that you cannot edit those preferences? The database is global, there is no difference between preferences for some extension or the other. Can you explain a little bit more? Best regards,
