FreePBX, PBX in a Flash, not connecting

I cannot get this to connect

Can't listen to port 4445

Connection to manager OK!
root@joshsphone:~ $ netstat -lnp | grep 444
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:4445                0.0.0.0:*                   LISTEN      3050/fop2_server

If fop2 cannot bind to port 4445, then there IS something taking that port. It should show on the netstat display.
