No callerid for incoming active lines in extensions overview
Incoming calls are routed through a Queue. If the call is still in rining status, the Queue is showing the callername and callerid. The ringing extensions only show a ringing icon for a line. On the display of the phone the correct callername and callerid are displayed. A popup with the correct information (from the visualphone book) is shown.
When the extension pickups the call, callerid/name can't be found in FOP anymore. The extension is a realtime member (mysql).
