Queue & Extension

Hello,

Is it possible to monitor a particular Queue & extensions?

For example, I would like to monitor Queue 5555 and list of Extensions on call & Callers waiting in Queue

  • Hi Sanjay,

    The queue buttons display that information themselves. If you want to limit the view to only queue buttons, you can do so by defining groups.
