Queue & Extension

Hello,

Is it possible to monitor a particular Queue & extensions?

For example, I would like to monitor Queue 5555 and list of Extensions on call & Callers waiting in Queue

    Hi Sanjay,

    The queue buttons display that information themselves. If you want to limit the view to only queue buttons, you can do so by defining groups.

    I will reply to your email later today, I am having a complicated week and I cannot keep up with all emails.
