How do I use the 'Transfer to Mobile' action?

Whenever I select an extension the transfer to mobile button in the action bar disappears.

Where do I configure the mobile number I want the call transferred to?

  • If you have fop2admin installed, then in FreePBX go to Tools - fop2 buttons (under 3rd party addons), scroll to the right and you have the "external" field that you can populate for every extension. Once that is done, the button will be enabled.

    You have to add the external configuration option, as depicted in the buttons.cfg.sample file

    [SIP/blah]
    type=extension
    extension=100
    context=default
    label=Some Name
    external=1234@default
