Extension Label is not synchronize after update

Hi,

We are using FOP2 for some time.
recently we have problem after changing extension name:
the extension button on main panel stay with old name, but on the queue i can see the new one.
We have freePBX

please advise,

    Log into the FOP2 Manager (http://your.server/fop2/admin), select the Buttons tab and change the label there. Then save and reload FOP2.

    I have the same issue, I have changed the label of a button, after less than 5 seconds name is reverting back again !. please advise
