Unable to see some extensions, buttons page some extension solid but some are grayed out

Unable to see some extensions, buttons page some extension solid but some are grayed out and some simply do not appear on the buttons page and unable to see them on the fop2 panel for any user.

    Solved. Buttons are grayed out when in off. Just turn on to enable.
