Problems with DND on MicroSip
Hello! I am a complete layman in the telephony issue, but I want to figure it out. I have MicroSIP soft backgrounds and FOP2 was connected to our FreePBX 13 to record the press by DND operators. But when you press the DND button on the MicroSIP, statistics are not displayed, what happens is simply busy or the operator pressed DND. Maybe someone came across? I would be grateful for any information.

You need to install dnd presence plugin from fop2 and use it from there
