Zulu Extension on FOP2 Showing Unregistered

Hi Nicholas,
Just update to the latest FOP2 ... but Zulu extension still greyed out (showing unregistered)

Only apply zulu combine if ZULUENABLED is set to true in FreePBX config

Add support for group channel registration status: if only one is registered it returns ok. Fixes buttons showing unregistered when using Zulu and zulu combine set to true
