Well it took me some time too look at it again, but yes finally I found the problem. I think I have not done it properly in the first place as I have not imported the table before updating FOP2. But I discovered some more problems e.g. regular segfaults on debian 12 and a few php8.2 (freepbx17) deprecations with caused this error and others like plugins in the admin not showing up properly. I put a modified / adapted version of fop2 on github. It's split between webroot for php files and server/systemd It' here : https://github.com/schiffsratte/fop2-modernize

The Live Chat Bot is useless and cannot get me to a human, but also does not know how to get me to a human. It keeps saying to check the Portal, but there's nothing on the Portal for support. I need to get my Licence Code revoked. I cannot do it on the old VPS as it is dead. I cannot do it on the Portal as it claims I've done it 4 times or something. Can someone please help me?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I'm in the same situation, setup the sangoma phone app for PC, doing some testing before rolling it out and they do not show active on the panel even when adding the extra channel

Thanks a lot, this worked for me. The first step was not necessary. The service does keep restarting but the web pages are not refreshed on each restart so it is fine.

Updated a FreePBX 15 / Asterisk 18.26.4 server to a new FreePBX 17 / Asterisk 22.5.2 setup. I installed a new FOP2 license and then used the instructions at https://www.asternic.net/docs/knowledgebase/migrate_fop2_config/ to move the FOP2 configuration to the new server. When we run the import command on the new server, we get an error. Importing groups PHP Fatal error: Uncaught mysqli_sql_exception: Field 'context_id' doesn't have a default value in /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dblib.php:96 Stack trace: #0 /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dblib.php(96): mysqli_query() #1 /usr/src/fop2/server/import_fop2_configs.php(107): dbcon->consulta() #2 /usr/src/fop2/server/import_fop2_configs.php(385): import_groups() #3 /usr/src/fop2/server/import_fop2_configs.php(21): main() #4 {main} thrown in /var/www/html/fop2/lib/dblib.php on line 96 Any suggestions on getting the config import to work, or do we need to rebuild the configs from the GUI?

I have installed FOP2 on Issabel 5, and the admin panel loads correctly at: https://<server name>/fop2/admin/ And when I run: /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test It says: Flash Operator Panel 2 - License file /usr/local/fop2/fop2.lic not found. Running in Demo Mode Connection to manager OK (070003)! And it's working fine, but when I want login to: https://<server name>/fop2/ I get the following error : System is not available right now I have 20 extensions. Could this message be due to the number of extensions? Let me know if you'd like me to assist you further!

As a long time user (for many of my customers) of FOP2 and Asternic, I getting the impression that the project FOP2 is somewhere dead. Unfortunatly I must say. So I hope to hear a differtent perspective. For one of my customers I have upgraded the server from a Freepbx11 installation to a clean installed Freepbx 17 / Asterisk 22. This is an exsiting FOP2 user. And the customer would like me to install FOP2 on the new installed PBX. After some investigation I came to the conclusion it is not anymore a simple setup but has serveral pitt falls. Nicolas, can you comment on this please?

Dear Team, Issue with call recording when initiated via the FOP2 GUI. FOP2 is running on a standalone server, separate from our FreePBX server. All other functions within FOP2 are working correctly, except for call recording. Could you please assist us in troubleshooting and resolving this issue?

Have you added the extra channel for each extension related to the Sangoma phone in the panel manager? It's under Buttons, and you'll need to click on toggle advanced fields. For each extension there's a field called 'Extra Channel'. For the Sangoma phone you'll need to add the related extension which I think is something like PJSIP/98### where ### is the related extension.

An issue with call recordings through the FOP2 panel. The recordings are not working as expected, and no recording files are being generated or found. FOP2 is running on a standalone, separate server. The NFS server is functioning properly without any noticeable issues. kindly assist us in identifying and resolving this issue.

I execute thats comands: /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --revoke -> Serial code not available for revocation on this machine! /usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --register -> Serial code already used on another hardware. In /usr/local/fop2 exists fop2.lic What can I do?

Did you ever find an answer to the Presence not changing issue with Sangoma Phone Desktop? I've just started using the Desktop Phone and can't get the Presence to match either. It will show when they are on a call as "blue" or "green" if they are idle. The Queue Panel always show them as "Red" or unavailable, but they will still receive Calls to the Queue. Any Ideas? Thanks.
