issue "System is not available right now"

I have installed FOP2 on Issabel 5, and the admin panel loads correctly at:
https://<server name>/fop2/admin/
And when I run:
/usr/local/fop2/fop2_server --test
It says:
Flash Operator Panel 2 - License file /usr/local/fop2/fop2.lic not found.
Running in Demo Mode
Connection to manager OK (070003)!
And it's working fine, but when I want login to:
https://<server name>/fop2/
I get the following error :
System is not available right now
I have 20 extensions. Could this message be due to the number of extensions?
