Disconnected Callers
We have noticed that there is an issue where clicking Blind Transfer without having an extension highlighted will disconnect the caller.
This can be especially problematic, as transferring a call does not clear the highlighted extension. This causes a situation where two calls in a row to an extension tends to lead the operator to un-highlight the extension before performing the second transfer.
Any advice on how to prevent the issues above?
