IVR Flow not working

Hello,
I bought the IVR Flow license, but I can't get it to work.
the rules are generated, but when calling the extension the destination is not found.

I checked the /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf file and the content is correct
#exec "php /var/www/html/fop2/admin/plugins/ivrflow/menu/dialplan.php"

In Asterisk I made sure that the dialplan was generated, as shown in the image below:

I'm using FreePBX version 16.0.40.7

I tested with issabel on the latest version and everything worked fine.
I noticed that in issabel a context was created in the file /etc/asterisk/extensions_additional.conf

[app-miscapps]
include => app-miscapps-custom
exten => 2001,1,Noop(Running miscapp 1: IVR Flow: debitos)
exten => 2001,n,Macro(user-callerid,)
exten => 2001,n,Goto(fop2ivrflow-1,s,1)

In FreePBX this context was not created

I would like help to resolve this problem

I purchased the FOP2 and IVR Flow license and have been trying for several days for support via the website, Telegram and have not been successful.

Does anyone have any other contact for support, because buying the product and not having support is bad.
