You do not have permissions to access this resource on Call History

Hello, i'm currently using Issabel PBX 2017 version but with the latest updates i just made a few days ago using the yum upgrade .
I have FOP2 installed everything is ok except the Call History. Everything works perfectly however whenever one of my agents gets an incoming call thats an Unknown number, once they pickup the call history gives the message "You do not have permissions to access this resource" until they refresh the fop2 page. This only happens with Unknown numbers. When you refresh you can see the call history and it shows in the history Unknown number but only when the call comes in it just freezes the Call History of that Agent who picked up the unknown caller.What can cause it? I have the FOP2 2.31.16
