Continuous user login attempts after user fails to log in (user panel)

Hi,

We are seeing an issue where is a user fails to login in to the user panel (incorrect password) they get redirected back to the login panel. After 30 seconds with no user actions, another login attempt automatically happens.

How can we stop the auto login attempts?

I would love to know this too.

I use Fail2Ban on user the authentication and block the IP addresses of multiple incorrect logon attempts so this causes some agents to get banned. It's no biggie tho as we can unban their IP.

I have same problem and because of this i disabled fail2ban and now my fop2 is not secure
