Spy session - unable to hang up

When initiating a spy session (listen) from FOP2, the call comes through OK and I can hear both sides, but when I try to hang up on the soft-phone, nothing happens. I can hang up other calls though
FOP2 - version 2.31.27
FreePBX - 15.0.16.53
Asterisk version 16.9.0 -

As an administrator, I encountered a similar problem. "Listen" and "listen and whishper" don't work".
Buttons are pressed, but no action occurs.
