Possible for new extensions to only see their own button?

[kelmore]

I would like each new extension, by default, to only see their own extension's button. That way they can check their voicemail, set call forward, but basically do nothing else, and not be able to see any other extensions.

Is there an easy way to achieve this?

You can do it in this way, via FOP2 Manager:

1. Create a group with no buttons in it.
2. Create a template, add the created group to it, and set it as default template.

Any new user will inherit that default group, and will have no permissions to see any buttons at all, so FOP2 will only shown their own.
