Extension status remain busy when using *11 for agent login on IP-Phone

Hi Nicolas,
I read that few other users reported similar issue but there was no solution.
we are using FOP 2.31.30 on freepbx15 with asterisk 16.19
we are using *11 and *12 for hot desking and agent login/logout on IP-Phone. we frequently get issue that FOP2 shows the extension left busy and we can only clear by restarting asterisk and fop2
Kindly advise what other information do you need to look at this matter.Appreciate your soonest assistant
