Hi, first post and hoping someone can help!
I've searched similar posts, but can't find an answer (the other posts are more about the icons not appearing).
Using an Edge browser, clicking the 'Play' or 'Download' buttons does nothing.
Using the Chrome browser on the same PC does almost the same, except the Console debug says:
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found

    Any ideas please?
Tried it on a different PC, exactly the same.
Server is a CentOS based trixbox, fop2_server version 2.31.32

      More info:
Opera browser does the same as Chrome and Edge, but in IE the 'play' option changes the icon to a vertical line, and the 'download' option prompts the user whether they want to open or save msgNNNN. If they click 'Open' then it plays without issue.
Is it something in the browser itself that we need to configure?
Not using TLS or anything, just plain old http://192.168.x.x/fop2 on the intranet

A big thankyou to the very patient Nicolás Gudiño who managed to fix this, it was due to a misconfiguration in our fop2.cfg
