Extensions or trunks disabled but answering calls

good morning,
I have FOP2 2.31.32 installed on FreePBX. For some reason in the panel, sometimes the extensions or trunks stay as disconnected but they are answering calls. I attached a screenshot to see if you can tell me how to fix it.
It is a display problem, since everything works correctly.
