Sin registro

Hola muy buenas tardes tengo el siguiente problema, creo un interno nuevo el cual lo logueo despues de darle a que grupo pertenece todo, se loguea y me dice sin registrar.
Eso por que puede ser los dos usuarios principales 000 001 funcionan bien pero el resto me figura como que no se registro.
En ese caso que tengo que hacer.
