Spy Feature (edited)

Can you spy on a per extension basis?

If I grant someone permission to spy lets say can I just grant him permission to spy on 2 extensions and not everyone?

edit -- reason being I gave this permission to a Manager but would like him to only listen to the people he manages...

Thanks in advance,
Joe

Hi,

You should create a group or panel context and create a view with only the extensions your manager can spy-listen.
