What do I need to do to move my registration key from my test server to my production server? Or do I need to buy another one?

You might want to check if you have a bug in your code. I moved my registration between servers as we were having problems with our server so our vendor decided to replace it (with a completely different piece of Hardware (HP instead of Dell). The only piece of hardware that remained the same was the PRI card.
In any event I registered on the new server without a hitch. In this case it was 100% honest but if I could do it perhaps someone else also could...
