FOP2Admin Module installation error

I had FOP2 running fine, but wanted to start using the FreePBX FOP2 Admin module to adjust my extensions (should have left well enough alone, IMHO) when it broke the install.

Trying to install the FOP2 Admin module I am greeted with this error

Any way to fix this guy or is there a way to wipe FOP2 completely off and restart from scratch (not adverse to not using the FreePBX module).

Hi,

The bug was fixed on what it would be the next release.. in the meantime, you can remove the single quote from the extension name (Bob's Laptop), and try to install again. Once installed you can change names back.

Ok, now that is working. However, I am now getting the FOP2 page with no buttons, extensions, basically nothing.

Disregard my last post, I was able to make a couple of changes to my extension (using the FOP2 admin module) and everything fell into place. So far so good.
