How to check multiple voicemail boxes from FOP2

FOP 2.26 on PIAF 2.0.6.2.
FOP2 is really cool, a nice find as we transition from an old Trixbox.The FOP2 licensed version shows an envelope when a box has a voice mail... click the envelope and it displays - message can be played, deleted etc.
How can a receptionist, check OTHER users voicemail from FOP2?
We want one person to be able to check all the boxes as the envelope appears...
Right now, I click the other extension/ voicemail envelope and nothing happens. Might not be possible, or maybe I missed something. Our extension passwords are all the same.thanks much
